In this office project, we truly hope that thru the understanding of the past three years, base on Myanmar culture, that we could introduce a new 5A concept (OA Office Automation, CA Communication Automation, FA Fire Automation, SA Security Automation and BA Building Automation) into the field of office buildings in Yangon; providing an efficient, comfortable, and clear icon of corporate headquarters clusters, in the future development process in Myanmar.

During the process of form shaping, we organized the program, raised the volumes, introduced a rhythm, created movement, shaped the boundaries and incorporated an identity. As result, an integral order and architectural expression full of tension have been composed.
In the planning. The overall configuration and each perspective effects, together they built a brand new image of corporate headquarters.
